Plan tiers, usage tracking, and managing your subscription through Razorpay.
Open Dashboard → Billing to see your current plan, usage, and manage your subscription.

What the billing page shows
- Current plan, price, and the plan's feature list
- Usage this billing period: messages sent and agents used against your plan limits
- Current billing period dates
- Your Razorpay subscription status
- Overage policy, if your plan allows going over the message limit
Upgrading or downgrading
Click a plan to start a Razorpay checkout for that plan. Free has no checkout since it has no cost.
Overage
Pro and Business plans allow sending messages beyond the monthly limit instead of blocking your agents:
- Pro — additional messages billed at $0.01 each
- Business — additional messages billed at $0.008 each (discounted)
- Free — no overage; agents stop responding once the monthly limit is reached
Cancelling
If you have an active paid subscription, a Cancel subscription action is available on the billing page. Cancelling doesn't take effect immediately — your workspace keeps its current plan through the end of the paid billing period.
