Conversations

Browse, filter, and export an agent's chat history.

Open Dashboard → Agents → your agent → Conversations to see every chat the agent has had, across the widget, hosted page, and playground.

The conversation list

  • Filter by date range
  • Filter by feedback — all, thumbs up only, or thumbs down only
  • Paginate and refresh the list
  • Export to CSV or PDF via the export dropdown

Conversation detail

Opening a conversation shows the full message transcript, including:

  • Each message's feedback (thumbs up/down, if given)
  • Response time for assistant replies
  • The RAG sources used to generate each assistant reply

Filtering by thumbs-down feedback is a fast way to find conversations where the agent struggled — a good starting point when deciding what to add to training data or adjust in the system prompt.
