Open Dashboard → Agents → your agent → Analytics to see a geographic breakdown of conversations.
What's shown
- Total conversations with location data, and the number of distinct countries
- The top country by conversation volume
- A choropleth map of conversation volume by country
- A country-by-country breakdown table
Location is derived from the visitor's IP address at the start of a new chat.
Analytics today is geo-only. There are currently no message-volume charts, resolution-rate tracking, or funnel-style analytics beyond the geographic breakdown described above. Until a conversation has location data, this page shows an empty state.
