Creating a new agent

Go to Dashboard → Agents → New Agent to open the creation wizard. It has three steps:

Step 1 — Basic info

• Name (required)
• Model — chosen from a list of models your plan allows. Each plan has a default model and a set of allowed models; see Plans & Limits Reference.

Step 2 — Instructions

• An optional system prompt describing how the agent should behave.
• The instruction template selector lets you start from a preset instead of writing from scratch: Customer Support, Technical Assistant, Sales Agent, Content Writer, or General Assistant.

Step 3 — Review

A summary of your choices before the agent is created.

The agent overview page

Once created, an agent's overview page (Dashboard → Agents → [agent]) is the hub for its settings:

• Name — editable inline; renaming also updates the widget's displayed brand name.
• Model — change at any time, limited to models your effective plan allows.
• Temperature — a 0–2 slider controlling response randomness (default 0.7). Lower values produce more focused, repeatable answers; higher values produce more varied ones.
• System instructions — the same field from the wizard, editable any time, with the same instruction templates available.

Deleting an agent

Regular users can't delete an agent from the dashboard today. If you need an agent or its training data removed, contact support — deletion is currently performed by a platform administrator (see Deletion & Data Management).
